Head of Group & Director of Center for Device Thermography and Reliability (CDTR)

Research Interests

Optical spectroscopy, electrical studies, thermography, semiconductor and semiconductor devices (transistors, sensors, optical devices, batteries, etc), thermoelectrics, alternative energy sources, nanotechnology, interdisciplinary Physics/Materials Science/Engineering research, equipment development.
